On June 29, 2019, the SIFCA Foundation inaugurated an outpatient hall that it built for the Touba Regional Hospital to offer better reception conditions to users until then forced to share their room with their families.
Built with interlocking clay blocs, this building was completed with SUCRIVOIRE financial support. It is equipped with  a TV set, 30 benches and a reading corner for children, with a capacity of about 200 people.
Outdoor games in recycled tires made by the Ivorian craftsman “Kazonature” were also offered.
The commissioning ceremony was held in the presence of the Touba administrative authorities, a delegation from the Borotou-Koro sugar estate; Bafing Djigui NGO representative, development partner of the region as well as the entire medical staff practicing at the hospital. That was the opportunity for Mrs. Henriette GOMIS-BILLON, the SIFCA Foundation Secretary General to reiterate its desire to work for care quality improvement in favor of rural populations.
The ceremony ended with a distribution of SANIA food kits to attendee patients.
